Meet Fallon

A leading infant sleep expert, and founder of Infant Sleep Australia, Melbourne Infant Sleep, and the Sombelle Paediatric Sleep Clinic Programs, Fallon transforms exhausted families by resolving sleep struggles - turning sleepless nights into restful ones and weary parents into joyful ones.

With a PhD in psychophysiology and over 12 years of specialised research, she understands the science behind infant sleep and mental health—plus the real-world exhaustion, having raised three young children. Fallon has a PhD, so she isn't a medical doctor. Rather, her entire career has been dedicated specifically to understanding the complexities of infant and child sleep, and mental health.

How Fallon can help (ages 0-3)

Fallon supervises our team of highly skilled Sleep Practitioners - so no matter who you book in with, Fallon will be overseeing your little one’s progress. She’s not currently taking on her own new clients in our sleep clinics, but Fallon does see Sombelle program members for one-on-one coaching calls. If you’d like to see Fallon directly, please join the Sombelle Paediatric Sleep Clinic Programs and book in for a coaching call.
