About Infant Sleep Australia

How it started
The idea for Infant Sleep Australia came about when we heard one too many pieces of bad baby sleep advice.
The internet is full of conflicting advice and big opinions on sleep, some very emotionally charged, and many not at all accurate. The most qualified sleep experts barely had a voice, and the least qualified people were shouting all sorts of nonsense from the roof tops. And we could see first-hand the impact this was having on parents. They felt confused, annoyed, and unsure who to turn to for help.
Infant Sleep Australia was born
It wasn’t easy when we first started Infant Sleep Australia. Parents thought that if they had tried a sleep consultant, or sleep school, with no luck then they’d run out of options. But soon word spread that we were offering the service families had been longing for. From here, we grew fast. We’ve now helped thousands of happy families right across Australia.
Our goal is to cut through all the noise and nonsense about sleep, and deliver sensible, tailored solutions that are backed by research carried out with thousands of families.
And our approach is to listen carefully to the voices of parents – who are the experts in their children - and meet in partnership with families, to work together to find solutions.
